Call for AbstractsThe Program Committee for the annual Extended Environmental Exposures symposium invites submissions for poster presentations. This scientific meeting seeks to build on the growing interaction between biologic and epidemiologic lines of research inquiry. Presentations at the meeting will include the latest scientific findings from the BCERP along with results from other investigations related to the theme of the BCERP. Community participation and advocacy concerns will continue to be highly integrated throughout the entire conference. The poster session is designed to extend opportunities to present the latest scientific findings and community engagement activities. The audience for this meeting is expected to be BCERP members; scientists in the areas of mammary gland biology, breast cancer, pubertal maturation, diet, environmental epidemiology and health communications as well as community, environmental health and breast cancer advocates. Poster presentations must fall in one of the following categories:
Non-government organizations (NGOs), students and post-docs conducting BCERP-relevant activities and/or research are encouraged to submit abstracts. Submission of AbstractsAbstract Form: Submission Deadline: Poster PresentationDetailed instructions on poster size and mounting directions will be sent with the abstract acceptance notice. Accepted abstracts will be presented in the poster session on Thursday afternoon, November 7, 2013. One of the authors must be present with the poster at this session. Authors are not required to be present for the poster preview session after lunch on Thursday.
