Hotel

All meeting sessions will be held at the Roosevelt Hotel located in midtown Manhattan.

We have blocked a limited number of rooms at the special rate of $299 + tax for single or double occupancy, with an additional charge of $40 per person for a third and fourth person in the room. To receive this special rate, you must make your reservation no later than Monday, October 25. Contact Roosevelt’s reservations office by phone at 1-888-833-3969 between 8am and 8pm EDT and mention the Breast Cancer and Environment Research Program.

Travel

The Roosevelt Hotel is located at 45 E. 45 Street @ Madison Avenue in New York, a few blocks from Grand Central Station. A metered cab to/from JFK costs $45 plus tolls. Car service will cost about the same. A more economical option from either JFK or LaGuardia is to take the airport bus, which runs frequently and costs $12/15 each way. Grand Central Station is its first stop from either airport and is walking distance to the hotel.
